Terms of Service

1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the mobile game DOLLPICK (the "Game") provided by Deltacore Studio (the "Company"), and set out the rights and obligations of both sides. By installing and playing the Game you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
- The Game can be played without registering. An anonymous account is created automatically the first time you open the app.
- Linking a Google account is optional. Linking lets you continue your progress on another device.
- If you only ever use the anonymous account and then uninstall the app or reset your device, your progress may not be recoverable.
3. In-game currency and paid items
- Coins, gems and items are a licence to use them inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold to other players.
- Paid items are purchased through Google Play; payment methods and billing follow Google Play's policies.
- Currency granted for free (daily rewards, rewarded ads, events) is not refundable.
4. Random items
The Game contains elements whose outcome is decided at random. Those probabilities are disclosed as required by Korean game industry law, and you can read them any time in the Game's Settings screen or here: https://deltacorestudio.com/dollpick/en/gacha-odds
5. Withdrawal and refunds
- You may withdraw a purchase within 7 days. Items that have already been used, or whose value has been consumed by use, may be excluded under article 17(2) of the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act.
- Refund requests can be made through Google Play support or by writing to support@deltacorestudio.com.
- If an item was not delivered, or you were charged twice, because of our fault, we will refund you in full or deliver the item.
6. Your obligations
The following are prohibited.
- Modifying the game client or its data, or using automation tools (macros, bots).
- Placing an unreasonable load on our servers or otherwise disrupting the service.
- Abusing payment cancellation to obtain items improperly.
- Selling, buying or lending accounts.
- Infringing the rights of others or breaking the law.
7. Availability and changes
- We aim to provide the service continuously, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, faults, or events beyond our control.
- Game content and balance (odds, prices, rewards) may change as the service is operated. We will give advance notice of material changes that are unfavourable to players.
8. If the service closes
If we shut the Game down we will give notice through an in-app announcement and on this page at least 30 days beforehand. Paid items that you bought but have not used will be refunded in line with applicable law and the Korean content user protection guidelines.
9. Limits of liability
- We are not liable for loss caused by circumstances outside our responsibility, such as your device environment or network failures.
- Where loss is caused by our intent or gross negligence, we compensate you as required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
All graphics, audio, code and other works in the Game belong to the Company or their rightful owners. You may use them only as needed to play the Game, and may not copy, distribute or adapt them without permission.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises we will try in good faith to resolve it together; if that fails, either side may bring a claim before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will give notice through an in-app announcement or this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect, and at least 30 days before a change that is unfavourable to you. If you do not agree to a change you may stop playing and ask us to delete your account.
